Trying to figure out what to cook for dinner? Well, look no further. Earlier this week, I made roasted chicken with honey, lemon, and rosemary. Sounds fancy, huh? Now, don’t get it twisted; I’m no chef. Rather, I’m kind of a cook of sorts, which means that I can kind of follow all sorts of recipes. I was so happy that I clicked through and explored Food52′s roundup of holiday roasts. That roasted pork belly looks so succulent, but I decided to try the roasted chicken this time around. I’m so glad that I did! Once I got past the weird feeling of playing around in a chicken’s insides, it was actually quite a pleasant cooking experience. Oh, and if you are like me and have never cooked with fresh rosemary before, you are in for a real treat! It smells so good when it cooks, especially mixed with garlic.
Here are just a couple of pictures to show off the simplicity of my beautiful bird and its companion of grilled zucchini. Don’t forget to check out the recipe HERE, compliments of Food52.

I am drooling, and wanting a taste right now. Seriously putting this up next on my menu. Thanks for posting it.
DE-licious!!!
