Who knew?! Today is National S’mores Day. Believe it or not, I’ve always liked the idea of s’mores more than the taste. I can eat graham crackers like nobody’s business and love marshmallows. Plus, while I don’t like chocolate by itself, I really like it when combined with other things. So, you would think that I would love s’mores. But, alas… However, that was all before I had the pleasure of sampling Malvi s’mores at a Woblet pop-up event earlier this summer. OMG. I am now a believer.
So, what is the secret to an amazing s’more?
1. Start with the finest ingredients. Malvi uses beurre cookies, organic chocolate, and handmade marshmallows. They use no artificial preservatives.
2. Place chunks of fine chocolate on the cookies and heat them just a bit.
3. Toast the marshmallows on all sides.
4. Cap it off and enjoy!
