If we ever meet up for breakfast or brunch, you will quickly notice one thing. I LOVE French Toast…and waffles and pancakes, too. I’m talking puffy heart love. (I think it has something to do with my love for carbs.) When it includes a good dose of cinnamon sugar, it really puts me over the edge. But, I don’t always have time to head out to a restaurant when I have a craving for some. That’s why I was so excited when I happened upon Joy the Baker’s French Toast recipe. It was super easy to make.
Just some challah bread, heavy cream, eggs, cinnamon, and sugar. Voila! Easy peasy! I also added a little powdered sugar to make it pretty. I think this recipe is going to be in heavy rotation at my house. What’s your favorite breakfast recipe?
